This was a $263,000.00 addition! It was a HUGE job ... 3 stories up!
Poquoson is the area in which the addition was built. It took a bit over 9 months to complete. Total living space built was 2400 sq. ft.
Not only was the addition built, but we built a Single Car Garage, a 22 X 30 Screened in Porch as well as a 22 X 30 Spa Deck.
There is also Custom Stone Walkways & Driveways that were poured.
1st floor is a party room for pool guests. It consists of 2 bathrooms, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2 Island workstations, Custom Cabinets, and Custom Tile.
2nd floor is an Office with a bathroom built specially for the Mom. There is also a beautiful Oak staircase that leads to the 3rd floor.
The 3rd floor is a soundproofed Theatre room for their kids!
The House was actually entered in a Virginia magazine by the Architect after it was finished!
