ABOUT OUR ORGANISATION
More than four decades ago, Mr.R.Periyasamy established M/s R P Kamadenu Real Estate in 1978. The company served in seamless yet fair procurement of plots for development and construction in the areas adjoining Erode, Karur, Vellakoil, Kangeyam and neighbouring areas. Er R P Chandrasekar followed his father and role model and entered the promotion and development sector in Coimbatore through his firm M/s Adonize Developers 35 years later in 2012.As a logical sequence, 2017 saw merging of both the companies to form M/s R P Construction which would address the complete range of development and construction services for residential, commercial and industrial projects. M/s RP Construction has carved a niche among its customers for its transparency, integrity, merit and economics. The first four letters of our core values add up to the word Time which is our fifth core value. Our objective is to ensure transparency with clients and contractors, ensuring integrity with people and processes, displaying merit in materials, machinery and manpower, ensuring economy for the customer without slightest compromise in quality and most importantly ensuring time bound construction.
