R P Kamadenu Real Estate was established in the year 1978 by R Periyasamy. A major focus of this organization was Real Estate and Consulting.
Our Managing Director Er R P Chandrasekar B.E., MBA., completed his Bachelor of Engineering at Kumaraguru College in 2002. He started his career at Thangam Association in 2002, where he positioned as Project Engineer from 2002 to 2005. In 2005-2016 he worked in GVSPL, initially starting as a Project Incharge and then elevating as a Branch Manager. While working in GVSPL, he transformed R P Kamadenu Real Estate to RP Construction in 2012 for a complete range of Constructional Services including Residential, Commercial, and Industrial. We also promote and develop our own apartments and Villas in the name of Adonize Developers.
